    Happy Holidays!!!

Currently Listening To:  Jay Chou's November's Chopin.  Gosh, I love his new album...beautiful music plus good lyrics.  I'm also listening to Kenny Kwan's new album...Musick.  Some songs are pretty good, but overall not that appealing.  I miss his old songs with Steven...Boy'z...sigh!

Currently Watching:  I'm watching some series...It Started With A Kiss, KO One, and waiting for Diao Man Gong Zhu (Alec Su and Jang Na Ra).
It Started With A Kiss is an excellent series because I have been watching it for so long and every episode gives me something new to look forward to in the next one.  I even rewatch a few of the episodes.  Totally recommend it!!!  I also like KO One because I like the guys in it...so cute!  The plot overall is ok...some parts are stupid but the characters are hilarious.

I finished watching Coming Lies last night.  Dylan Kuo is super cute in it.  Mary recommended it to me, so I trusted her taste...hehe!  The only thing I didn't like is the main female lead...I just hate her character...she is the type that asks for pity and everyone gives her attention...argh!  She also didn't stay with her promise to Qi Qi...I totally don't respect that.  I like the second female lead much more...Qi Qi...she is so funny and cute.  I wish she was the one that Dylan ends up with..sigh!  But at least she has someone nice in the end...so I'm ok with that.

I don't know why but these days I can't even finish a single one of TVB's series.  They just don't interest me anymore.  Some are capturing in the beginning, but by the middle I stop watching them because either they are rushing the ending or they killed the ending by going in circles with the plot...sigh!  I really like TVB actors and actresses...wish they would do more good series for their fans.

Currently Reading:   Fanfics.  This week I have been reading some of Jay Chou and Jolin Cai fanfics.  Gosh, I really miss them as a couple....if they were one in the first place.  I'm waiting for my mangas to come by the end of the week.  I brought them off BN.com.

    Happy Holidays to everyone!!!

Sorry I didn't get to post on Christmas.  I was going to, but my Internet Explorer won't work anymore and I can't type properly on Mozilla, so I have to do it today on Netscape.  I have some virus problem with my computer so some programs won't work properly.

My vacation is ok...not that exciting since I don't have any plans.  My friends just cancelled on me today when we were suppose to go shopping, but it's ok...I get to stay home and do some studying for my accounting final.  This Christmas break...I didn't buy anything during sales...there are just nothing to buy...I'm disappointed at my favorite stores for having big sales but nothing good to buy or the stores are crowded and messy to search for anything.  When I went with my sister on Monday to 34th Street, we can't find anything.  Well, actually she brought a sweater hoodie at Express, but that's it.  I usually go shopping and buy a ton of clothes without me noticing that I'm almost broke with cash...lol!

The last week has been hell for me due to finals and the transit strike.  I have no been under so much stress in my life before.  The transit strike started on Tuesday but I didn't have to go out on that day, so it was one less day of trouble for me.  But on Wednesday I have to take my Intermediate accounting exam so I left my house at 1 in the afternoon and walked to 8 ave to take the van/bus service there with my friend.  I got there in half an hour which is way better than I thought with the traffic.  I study more and take the exam at 5:30 till 8:20.  The exam was ok, but the mc questions were hard.  But I think my professor is going to curve so I won't have to worry about it.

The next day (Thursday) is my worst nightmare!!!  First of all, I wasn't able to study much on Wednesday after the other exam...way too tired.  I woke up early that morning to study for my Cost accounting exam.  I barely managed to get three chapters of info in my head and I have leave for school already.  I went to school the same way like Wed.  The whole time on the van, I was talking to my friend how I can't study anymore and I don't understand any of the stuff.  When I was studying that morning at home, I was on the verge of crying because I can't focus and I have a headache due to lack of sleep.  I only slept 4 hours that night.  By the time I got to school, I was thinking to myself and asking my friend if I should not take the exam that day.  I even called my mom and sister for their advices.  I also called my friend, Qing, who took the class last summer for her advice, even she thinks it is hard...sigh!  In the end, I called my professor and told him that I couldn't make it to the exam and if he could postpone it to January.  He said I could take it in Jan. but it will be tougher.  Later on, I also found out that it will be cumulative too.  Sigh!  I had no choice.  I could have walk into the classroom with my friends and take the exam and fail it and also fail the class as well.  I really don't want to take the class over during next semester.  It is just horrible.  Who invented cost accounting!!! I decided to take it in Jan. The professor told me to call him in Jan. for the reschedule.  When I was waiting by my locker after my friends went to the class for the exam, I was about to cry due to the anxiety for the biggest decision that I have made in my life.  I decided to take it in Jan. The professor told me to call him in Jan. for the reschedule.  I'm going to study the whole winter break.  I only hope to pass the class with a B or C.  I can't even think about achieving an A.  This is how hard it is.  That night when my friends call me and tell me about the exam.  I was even more scared since they said it was so hard.  Poor me!  So lost!

Also that night when I got home...two other bad things happened.  I checked my email and found out from Darlene that my WS professor messed up the whole class's grades.  I got an A- instead of an A.  I emailed him and he told me that he screwed up the grades and he will have it fixed by Jan.  He is such a nice guy so I didn't care much...hehe!  The other thing was they changed my IS accounting professor to another guy...Lee...omfg!!!  This is not fair...everytime I signed up for a good prof, they would switch it to someone else who is horrible...diew...as Christina would say...lol!  I could have taken the other guy but now his class is closed and I would have to change my entire schedule just because of that one class...sigh!  I want Mezzio back as the professor...he was supposed to be easy...damn!  After that night, I just tuned out to sleep till the next day at 1 in the afternoon.  Thursday was one bad day for me...sigh!

Anyway, beside those petty school stuff.  I'm still shopping for a dress for my cousin's wedding next week.  Still don't know what to wear.  I'll browse around stores this whole week until I find that dress...lol!  I want a black one....simple and long...how hard is that!  Any recommendations?

Wow, such a long post...lol!  This is what happens when you don't post for awhile...hehe!  Anyway, time for some food...didn't have lunch yet...starving...
    Wink

Hope everyone has a great Christmas/winter break!!! Big Smile

    3 more weeks to go!!!

Currently Listening To: The soundtrack for It Started With A Kiss series....so good!  I like Lara and Jason's songs.  I also like this song of Kenji Wu....it is called "I'm Guilty".

Currently Watching:  I'm in the middle of a couple of series....It Started With A Kiss, KO One, Love Contract, Hana Yori Dango and Life Made Simple.  It Started With A Kiss is different from what I expected in the beginning when I found out about the series...I wasn't going to watch it because I thought it was plain humor and high school love.  But it is not...it is pretty funny and really cute whenever the girl tries to do things for the guy.  I can't wait to see the ending.  KO One just came out last Sunday so I thought I would try it...it is ok for now...funny but it lacks some plot.  I hope it would get better soon.  It is simply about a group of high school kids in a bad class and it is related to gang fighting too.  I saw half of Love Contract...it was pretty good except that it has too much drama...a little sad.  Mike He did a better job in Devil Beside You than this series.

I also watched SHOW - Xiao Zhu's concert...it was so touching.  I started crying when he cried at the end and can't continue singing due to his regret for his father not being able to see his first concert.  The quality was pretty good...Rainie Yang, Jolin Cai, and Leehom Wang were guests in it.

Currently Reading: Books for my history research paper...it is due next week...so much work.

I'm at the school library now writing a paper for class.  Got tired so I thought I would blog a bit first.

Nothing much is going this week.

    Last week for Thanksgiving break:

Wednesday - Dinner with my mom's family.  We went to a restaurant in Chinatown and had dinner there.  My uncles and cousin from PA came to New York to visit us.  After dinner, my uncle drove us home...he and my cousin stayed overnight...my cousin, Edmund, stayed an extra day before leaving.

Thursday - Dinner with my dad's family.  I was suppose to spend the day doing hw before dinner, but I had cousins at my house so I couldn't concentrate at all.  We went to eat dinner at a restaurant in 8 ave...the Brooklyn Chinatown...we had like three big round tables for our family.  I have tons of uncles, aunts, and cousins on this side of the family...lol!  Dinner was ok.  A funny moments was my underage cousins grabbing beer from the elders' table and passing it around our table.  My sister, who is only 18, had half a cup...damn.  I didn't drink since I don't like alcohol.  My cousin who just came back from the army had a whole bottle for himself and his twin brother...lol!  The whole night he was telling me his crazy experience in the army...lol.  He is only 20 years old just like me...hehe!  Another funny moment was the birthday song thingy.  It was a Thanksgiving dinner but we also celebrate my grandma's birthday as well.  The adults told the kids' table (My table...lol!) to sing for my grandma.  We were going to do it.  Right when some of us stood up and started walking over to her table, the stereo system started to play the birthday song in Chinese.  That killed all the courage that we all had, so we just clapped to the song and felt embarrassed...lol!  It is a big restaurant with other people eating.  Everyone was staring at us once the song started playing...so embarrassing!  The thing is that most of my cousins except me and my sister don't know a lot of Chinese so the Chinese birthday song was hard to follow for them...lol!

Friday - Black Friday Shopping.  I got two dress shirts and a hoodie.  I have several hoodie already but I couldn't resist buying this new one with a monkey face in the front...so cute!!!  It is from Aeropostale.  I was going to see Harry Potter that day but I got tired after waking up so early and shopping for 4 hours straight.  I cancelled on my friends. Today, they told me that when they went there the tickets were sold out as well, so we all didn't get to see it yet.  Maybe sometimes this week or next week.

Saturday - Spent the day doing hw and watching tv.  Didn't know I had so much to do.

Sunday - My mom and brother dragged me to buy a winter jacket.  I got myself a NorthFace one for $150.  There goes my savings...sigh!

Monday - Bad day.  Stayed up late to work on a paper.  Late for work.  But at least my WS professor told us that we are done writing papers.  He said if we want to improve our grades, we can do some extra assignments for extra credit.  I might do one if I have time.

Tuesday - I had work in the morning.  Found out that my class got cancelled so I went with my friend to shop around SOHO before coming back to school to work on my history paper.  Brought nothing.  I was looking around for Timberland boots for the winter weather but nothing was on sale.

Anyway, that's my brief on last week till now.  Back to writing my paper.  See ya all later!!!

    After Midterms!

Currently Listening To: Jay Chou's new album, "November's Chopin". I like the song where he sings with Lara. So sweet! A lot of his songs are so good!!! On my mp3 player, I'm also listening to Show's new album "Hypnosis". I love this album!!! Also the song "Rascal" by Ronald Cheng is pretty good. It is popular in Hong Kong.

Currently Watching: I just finished watching "Hi! Working Girl". It is an old Taiwan drama with Jolin Cai and Show. I didn't like the beginning that much because it is really lame and funny, but the ending surprises me. I actually cried during one of the last episodes. Definitely recommend it! I'm in the process of watching "Life Made Simple". It is really good in the beginning, I hope the ending would be good too. Next, I might resume "Love Contract" with Mike He. He is just so cute!!!

Oh, big news! They have a new version of Meteor Garden in Japan. This version is more funny and different from the Taiwan one. They included scenes that were not in MG. More similar to the manga...I guess. But I still like the original Taiwan F4 better. Can't replace them...hehe!

Currently Reading: Books for my history research paper and textbooks for hw...sigh!

I finally done with Midterms. I had two Accounting midterms but it was enough to drive me crazy. I did really well on the Intermediate Accounting...102!!! I study for several days for that one. I didn't so well on the Cost Accounting...75!!! That test was so difficult. 4 problems and they are 25 points each. I just got so nervous on the exam that I couldn't figure out how to do the calculations. I also need to concentrate on reading the problems and not miss details. At least the professor said that if I do better on the final, I can still have a chance of getting an A in the class. I'm studying every week on those accounting problems from now on. I just hoping to get a B or B+ in the class then I will be happy.

I have a history research paper due after Thanksgiving, but I need to hand in a draft next week so I can't get some feedback on it. I have to watch the films first. It is a film class on Modern East Asia history. 6-7 pages...sigh!

Registration is beginning next week. This week was kinda hectic because I was figuring out how I'm going to finish my last years in college. I'm doing graduate school next year, so I have starting studying for GMAT. It is like the SATs again...my worst nightmare...ahhhhhh!!! I might sign up for a review over the winter break or study on my own. Don't know yet. I just want to finish the classes for this semester first. I will be taking Intermediate Accounting 2, Federal Taxation I, Accounting Info Systems (this one is better than the others since I can use a computer in it...hehe!), one more Asian history, and an art class (I might take the computer design class again since I want to take for so long).

I'm thinking of getting a new job either along with my library job or just quit the library job and get a new job. I like the library work and my friends there but I hate some of the library workers. The full-time workers have something against the shelvers. I don't know why. It's a long story. The only reason that I might not get a new job yet is that I might not have time to do assignments for classes during next semester.

I haven't been doing much online these days. Just never have time to sit down for a couple of hours and use the computer for fun. Maybe after this term.

How's everyone? I haven't talk on AIM or MSN for so long. Kinda out of reach...lol! But if anything, just PM me in the forum or e-mail. You can leave messages too. Miss all of you guys!!! Muahz!!! Hope everyone is doing well in school and everything else.

    See ya later!!!

    Bad Bus Experience!

Currently Listening To: Jolin songs. I want to get Alan Luo's new album Hypnosis Show. I love his new song "Real Life Prince". His dancing in the MV with Jolin is super hot. He looks so cute in his new haircut too.

Currently Watching: Into Thin Air, 100% Entertaiment, and New Imperial Officer (A series made in China but owned by TVB).

Currently Eating: Japanese chips. I want dinner already...lol!

I had a terrible experience today on the bus...sigh! I went with my mom and brother to Costco to get food. We don't have a car so we usually take the bus home with our load of stuff. I got really pissed at two old white ladies who sat in the back. The whole time we were on the bus, they would complain on how the driver should not allow "these people" (meaning us) on the bus and how our stuff were blocking the exit in the back. First of all, I was sitting down with my brother in the back behind them, where no one except one lady was there, trying to move the cart back away from anyone. There wasn't many people on the bus and everyone was sitting down. Even the driver helped my mom to take her cart up on the bus...he was nice! I just don't understand why those ladies have the nerves to complain when we weren't even in their way. If the people who we might have blocked in the beginning complained, then I would have feeling sorry and all. But those ladies weren't even near my mom and us. One of the bitches kept staring at me with the look and talked with her friend about us. I just glared back. I was up to the point where I really wanted to tell them to mind their own business and have some courtesy...geez...argh! I was thinking up of smart come backs to bash at those bitches during the whole trip home. After I got off the bus, I was so angry at those people that I just rush off home screaming curses at those bitches....argh! The only reason that I didn't say anything in the bus was that they are old and I don't like to cause any arguments. Also I think there are some racial prejudice here because I doubt they would have say anything if we were white. They probably think we are just some cheap asians.

I really hate not having a car and being embarrassed by these situations. Before this happen, my brother always complained to me that I should get a car since I'm old enough to drive...but I don't want to...I hate driving in NYC. I'm just not the driving type of person. I have poor sense of directions...sigh!

Besides the bus thingy, I was pretty happy with the Costco trip. We spent almost $150...yikes! I got myself drinks and snacks. I finally brought those 100 Calories Thin Crisps that my friend always got me addicted to...hehe! Too bad they didn't have the Oreo ones by itself. I have to get the variety pack. I also got another variety pack of other snack cookies. My bro even made the French fries with cheese after he came home. It was yummy!

Tonight...going to do my acc hws and extra credit essay...been dragging that one for awhile...lol! Of course, there will be tv...hehe...you will never caught me one night without tv...lol!

I still haven't been changing anything on this blog. I just don't have the time. Midterms are coming up in a week and I'm barely ready for them. I have to start reading my textbooks...sigh! The term is going by so fast. Next it will be finals soon. I also have to hand in my research paper topic and outline this week and the finish paper will be due next month. So much stuff to do!

Hope all of you guys are doing well! Anticipating for the winter break already. I can feel the weather changing. So cold!

    So happy to blog!

Currently Listening To:  Nicholas Zhang's album...I think this is his name...not so sure.  He is a new singer from Singapore.  His songs are pretty good.  They are mostly slow love songs but nice lyrics.  I like a particular one called "When You're Lonely You Think of Who" (English translation).  I also like Nan Quan Ma Ma's song "What Can I Do".  Lara has a really sweet voice.  I found out that she is from a mixed background of German (if I heard correctly) and Taiwanese.  How cool!

    Currently Watching:
Watching Into Thin Air (TVB).  This series is really funny and interesting.  It is about a bunch of detectives solving mystery cases.  Also ASOS's 100% Entertainment.  I started to miss Xiao S who just went on pregnancy leave.  Now it is only Xiao Zhu and Da S.  Just love this show.

    Currently Reading:  Textbooks and emails!

So long since my last post.  I miss blogging so much.  Tomorrow there are no classes since it is a Jewish holiday...yay!  I get to stay home and finish some assignments and rest a bit.

I was going to do some changes on this blog but I still haven't figure out where should I start...hmmm...maybe this will take longer than how I expected.

On Saturday, I went with a friend to go and watch a movie for extra credit in my asian history film class.  The movie was not as boring as I thought it would be.  It was actually pretty funny.  The title was Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress.  It was made by a French director and talked about the Cultural Revolution in China.

Today I only had one class...Women's Studies...this class is so fun.  We just discuss issues in today's society and culture regarding race, gender, and class.  Last week, we watched an old movie called Thelma and Louise (Brad Pitt is in it when he was younger).  After class, me and my friend attended a resume workshop as a requirement for us to sign up with the COOP services in our school.  They will help us find an internship later on.  I'm hoping to get one for next summer, so I can earn some extra cash and get some experience for my resume.

This week I have been getting tiny bumps on my hands and legs.  I think I'm either allergic to something I ate or they are bug bites. Itchy!

Hope you guys are doing well!  I haven't been able to blog around much but I'm always thinking of you guys.  Have a great week!!!

    My Birthday!

Currently Listening To:  Jolin Cai's "Sky".  I really love this song's lyrics.  It describes a girl's world after the guy leaves her.  So sad.

    Currently Watching:
Watching the last season of Friends.  I saw all the other seasons but this one.  I never actually caught it on TV when it premiered, so I thought I downloaded the last season to watch.

Currently Reading:  Textbooks, novels for classes, and handouts from classes too.  My life is held down by them...sigh!

Ok, technically now is my birthday since it is 12 am in the morning.  So Happy B-day to me...hehe!

I was going to have dinner with my friends tonight but our plans changed so we decided to do it next week when we will all be together.  Tomorrow is actually the mooncake festival.  I actually celebrating my birthday on a holiday...lol...this is something new...hehe!  My family is celebrating the holiday tomorrow with food and all.  I don't actually have much plans since I still have a lot of hws to do.  We'll see tomorrow.

I have been really stress out this past week.  Not enought sleep.  No entertainment.  Everything is just work and school.  I feel like my life is over.  Last night I kinda broke down emotionally and just cried when I was taking a shower and a little afterward.  I just have so much problems the beginning of this semester.  Not big ones but just a ton of little ones that add up together.  I just need a break that's all.  I think I'm going to tell my boss to cut down my hours, so I can just go home early and just chill.  The crying did help me a bit since it took my problems off my mind right after.

I'm going to do some layout work next week since I'm busy with hw this weekend.  Thanks Sherry for the tagboard tip!

Oh I want to wish all of you guys a happy moon festival!!!  Eat a lot of mooncakes...hehe!

Changing My Layout During This Month

Currently Listening To:  Rainie Yang's new album "Ai Mei".  I just love her song "Ai Mei".  It is the subtheme of the series Devil Beside You.

    Currently Watching:
Catching up on some drama episodes that I missed for the last couple of days.  I really miss watching tv a lot.  Now I can barely watch a few episode a week...sigh!

Currently Reading:  Some handouts and textbooks.  So much to read that I don't even know where to start.

Well, the last three days were hectic for me in school.  Today I decided to drop my computer design class and leave it for next semester.  I actually really liked this class.  The professor was nice and funny.  I went to the first class and we started learning how to use photoshop.  But the bad thing was the computer at the art lab was operating under the Mac system.  I was so lost on the computer...lol!  Literally, I didn't even know where the taskbar was and how to get started.  I had to ask for help.  I'm going to take this class again next term when I have more room in my schedule.  I just can't handle two writing classes, two accounting class, and one history class while taking this art class.  Too much work.  I think I overestimated myself when I did my registration last term.

Oh I don't know if anyone noticed, I changed my layout to a temporary one for this month.  I got bored of my old layout so I want to make some changes.  I will be working on a new layout with more changes and new banner and all.  It will probably take me a few weeks since I don't have much time to do it all at once.  If anyone have any suggestion, feel free to tell me.  I'm so new to this html coding thingy...lol!  Anyone know how to add a pic or change the color of the tagboard background?

Me and my friend are sellling our old textbooks like crazy during the last three days.  I actually sold all my business books.  I just have a few more to go.  We posted flyers on the wall for people to call us and meet up to buy them.  This way I can get back some cash for new books.

Important Message for College Students (New and Current Ones):  Sell your old textbooks after you are done using them.  You will just waste space and money.  Try to buy used books for your classes.  Most of them are way cheaper than the ones in the school bookstore.  Look around at flyers posted by other students.  Or try
    www.amazon.com or www.half.com
.  This might be different in other countries...^_^

I already have homework from all of my classes already. Sigh!  I want summer back!  Lol!

    Anyway, see ya around!

My First Day and My Chinese Lunar Birthday

Currently Listening To:  Wilbur and Jolin's albums.

    Currently Watching:
Nothin.  I caught half of the healing hand episode when I came home.  But I didn't make anything out of it, so going to watch it over the weekend.

Currently Reading:  Primitive Passions by Rey Chow.

Today was my first day of school.  It was pretty good overall.  I went to my Modern East Asia In Film class.  Met my friend who I haven't seen over the summer.  We had a nice lecture on what is modern East Asia and we watched a documentary.  I like my professor a lot.  He is nice and easygoing.  Very interesting too.

I opened a locker with my friends today.  Grab a bagel for lunch since I wasn't too hungry.  We have a new service provider for the cafeteria but I didn't have time to try it out today.  Might go tomorrow.

My second class was awesome.  Women Studies:  Gender, Race, and Class.  My professor just came in looking like a student carrying a backpack.  He just went over the syllabus and told us our assignment for Monday and dismissed us.  Only 15 mins into my 2 hour class...lol.

I spent my three hour break hanging with my friends.  Went to bookstore to buy some textbooks, Staples for some supplies, and went to post flyers around the school.  I got so tired after walking around the whole day.

My night class was long and a little boring.  We actually had to stay for three and a half hour for a lesson about Financial Reporting.  I was falling asleep in the middle of the class...lol.  Good thing he gave us a 10 min break for me to take a walk and freshen up...lol.  But the class was better than I thought since the professor was nice and he wrote out the notes for class.  But sometimes I have trouble understanding what he was saying because of his accent.  But he is the better one of the two professors that teach this class.

I came home tonight at 10:00 pm.  Late, I know.  I have to do the same tomorrow night.  I was kinda scared to go home myself so late at night and take the train.  I called my mom before I left the school.  She was going to come over and pick me up since she leaves work around the same time.  I'm a big girl now...so I made it home by myself ok....hehe!  Maybe I will call her when winter comes around.

Today is also my Chinese calendar birthday.  I just had a simple dinner with my favorite foods cooked by my dad and my mom brought a Chinese cake.  I only had a tiny piece since I'm too tired to eat...lol.

How's everyone's day?  Hope you guys are doing well!  See ya!!!

My last day before school starts

Currently Listening To:  Tao Zi's "Walking To New York".  I like the first song of this album.  Really sweet.  Wilbur Pan and Angela Zhang's "Kuai Le Chong Bai".  A fast song that has a good beat to it.  Thanks Mary for sending me the song!  Also Jolin's "Sour Sweet".  I like the lyrics a lot.  I see some new recommendations from Amy.  Going to try those out...hehe...thanks Amy!

    Currently Watching:
Watching Revolving Doors of Vengence (Previously known to me as The Royal Court Hotel), Yummy Yummy, and Healing Hands.  Those current TVB series that I'm watching.  I resumed watching Sang Doo, Let's Go To School for a day last week.  Going to finish it soon.  I'm downloading Love Contract now because I found out that Mike He from Devil Beside You is in it too.  I really liked him in Devil Beside You, so I thought I might try Love Contract too.

Currently Reading:  I stopped reading the House On Mango Street when I found out that it was for a different class...sigh!  I ordered some novels from half.com for my history class.  Going to start reading textbooks soon.  Boring!

Gosh, I didn't blog during my week off as much as I wanted to.  I have been out pretty much most of last week.  I was home cleaning this weekend.  Today, I actually dumped out all of my old clothes that either I don't wear anymore or I don't fit in them.  Got back some rooms in my closet.  I also packed my bookbag with what I need for school on Wednesday.

My summer vacation is coming to an end in less than 24 hours...sigh!  I have work tomorrow morning for a couple hours.  Then I have to make a visit to the school bookstore to get my accounting textbook.  It costs around $160.  I think I also have to buy the study guide for it as well.  The professor sent me an email telling us to buy the book before our first class.  I guess that means we have to start learning on the first class...damn.

I was going to make some changes to my blog layout around this week, but I never got around to doing anything.  I'll see if I can do it tomorrow when I come home.

I'm glad I got around to doing something that I put off for a while.  Updating my Meteor Garden fanfic.  I wrote like five chapters in the last couple of days.  I still have to edit some grammar before posting them.  I wanted to give up writing this fanfic, but I didn't want all my hard work to go to waste after writing for so long.  So might as well finish it when I can.

Well, I guess I won't be blogging as like the summer.  But I will try to blog every weekend or so.

I hope that everyone have a great school year including me of course...hehe!  For those who are still waiting for school to start, have fun on the rest of your vacation!  Good luck!

    Starting My Vacation

Currently Listening To:  Songs on my blog since I'm on my labtop.  No new songs on it yet...hehe!  This week I'm listening to Jolin's J-Game, Alan Kuo's Alan Kuo, and some of Wilbur Pan's songs.

    Currently Watching:
I just watched a new HK movie by Fiona Sit and Jaycee Fang.  It is called 2 Young.  I like the plot of this movie.  Some parts are kinda emotional when I see how the couple works so hard for their life together.  They are both teenagers in the movie.  The girl got pregnant in the movie and ran away with the guy to live in an old village house when their parents opposed their relationship.  This movie represents a typical teenage problem that many teens goes through in today's society.  This movie has a meaningful ending.  Some parts are actually funny in the movie.  Also still watching The Royal Court Hotel and Healing Hands.  Both are good series.

Currently Reading:  The House On Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros.  It was on my booklist for my women studies' class next semester, so I thought I could get a head start.  I read this book when I was in 9th grade, but I kinda forget the details.

Today is my first day of my last week of summer vacation.  I took next week off to relax and go do a little more back to school shopping.  I went to staples to get some computer papers since they are on sale.  Got some more supplies for my brother and cousins.  Before we came home, we went to Dunkins' Donuts for drinks.  I got a ice coffee with coconut flavor and my brother got a vanilla bean colatta.  I got a taste from his drink.  It was good...might get that for myself next time.

I think tonight I'm going to make some more plans for the week.  I'm going back to school later next week to post some flyers for selling my old textbooks.  I have no more room to store them in my bedroom.
